Atriax Group provided an ADA-compatible route, as well as a reconfigured able-bodied route to replace the gravel paths leading from the parking lot to Blue Ridge Parkway destination Bass Lake. This Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation project at the Moses H. Cone Memorial Park involved considerations for regrading, drainage, and extending portions of the path as necessary. Concrete paths were introduced, including a pathway running along the parking lot. The resulting pathways and amenities invite visitors to stroll (or roll) over to the trail encircling Bass Lake.
