With this project, Building 107 is transformed into a state-of-the-art facility serving kinesthetic, physical, occupational, recreational therapy, whole health classes, shared appointment rooms, telehealth services and education space. The project addresses many deficiencies listed in a Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) Report relating to remediating structural issues and upgrading building utilities.
