These high-performance one-story townhomes are in triplex and quadplex configurations. The homes are constructed of brick and other durable materials with low maintenance features. Each home consists of two or three bedrooms with an oversized two-car garage. Infrastructure including water main, sewer main, storm-drain system with Bio-retention BMPs and private utilities were included. These townhomes sold out before construction was complete.
